If the item you returned was marked as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate and mail it to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
